The Pilots to perform at the Granville Fall Celebration

Historic Granville “ Tennessee's Mayberry Town” will celebrate their annual Fall Celebration on October 3rd entitled the “Magic of Mayberry” The festival will feature a day of music at Pruett Stage featuring bluegrass, 1960’s music and jazz. One of the featured groups of Jazz is The Pilots performing at 12:00. Their goal is to keep the whole family singing along with songs you know and love.

Other music to be provided during the day will be The Bilbrey's Bluegrass Band performing at 10:30 a.m., Ken Underwood performing music of the 1960’s at 1:30 p.m. and Sweetn 3 performing jazz at 3:00 p.m. Sutton Ole Time Music Hour will feature “Mountain Ridge 5” at 6:00 p.m. with live radio taping at 7:00 p.m. Dinner is served and 5:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. with reservations required for dinner and music. The Fall Celebration will feature the Grand Opening of the Scarecrow Festival, Quilt and Old Time Craftsmen Festivals that may all be enjoyed for the entire month of October. The Fall Celebration will also host the Ralph Maddux Memorial Motorcycle Show. Information about the Motorcycle Show may be found on this website.


The Festivals are part of “ The Love of Tennessee” the Travel to Tennessee’s Mayberry Town program by the Tennessee Department of Tourism. Granville is a safe small town which is complying with all Tennessee guidelines for safety.
