Liz Bennett, Carolyn Dudney, Kaye Loftis, Suzanne Stafford, Harold Sutton and Ruth Dyal Upper Cumberland Tourism Director.

Commissioner Triplett recently visited Historic Granville where he toured the entire town and met with the board of directors. The Commissioner chose Granville as a location for the Department of Tourism to review what they can do to help small towns to increase tourism in the future.

Granville has become a major tourist attraction for the Upper Cumberland. Since the Granville Museum endeavor began in 1999. The Sutton General Store being restored in 2001 took the small riverboat town to a new level that has continued to grow each year.

The Sutton Ole Time Music Hour Show occurring each week since April 2008 is now broadcast on some Forty radio stations and in three different countries each week. This show continues to draw more attention to Granville as well as the other tourist things to see such as Sutton Homestead, Pioneer Village, Antique Car Museum, Granville Museum, Whistle Stop Saloon Museum, Post Office and Barber Shop Museum, Granville Veterans Park and the Great shopping in Granville.
